Simple: This website will never collect information about you. And, as we collect nothing, we will share nothing. Ever. Should things ever change, and for some reason we *do* collect something, we still won’t share it.
Pretty straightforward, but it needed to be said.
Okay, actually, it’s a little more complicated than that. When you visit a site like this, some information does automatically get picked up. Pretty innocent stuff really. Things like what browser and operating system you’re using. If you came here from a link on another site, we’ll see a referral link that shows where you came from. This is all basic, anonymous technical detail that every website picks up. We don’t do anything with this information. Occasionally, I’ll look over the aggregated data to see if there are any meaningful trends (this is especially important for determining what browsers to test a site on).
Additionally, if you login to a site powered by Word Press, there are some bits that are stored. Things like the email address you registered with and pointless marketing information like ”how long were you on the site”. I say pointless because, come on, look at this place! You think we’re concerned with marketing?
Anyway, the end result is still roughly the same. We’re not trying to track you and what little data we automatically picked up is largely ignored. Feel free to browse here without fear.
